Mr. Kolb was educated in Austria and the United States. He received an Associate, Bachelor, and Master’s degree from Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah. Mr. Kolb has been appointed by the United States Secretary of Commerce to the Utah District Export Council

Gary was recognized by the State Department as an Honorary Consul to Brazil on September 10, 2003.  He is currently the President of Neeleman International Media Consulting Inc. He worked for the Chicago Tribune Syndicate International for 4 years before retiring and establishing his own consulting company. Previously, Neeleman spent 27 years with United Press International, first as a correspondent for 7 years in Brazil and later as vice president and general manager over editorial and business in the Latin America and Caribbean areas. He then joined the Los Angeles Times Syndicate International in 1985 and served as Executive world-wide VP for syndicate operations. He is well known for his lectures and articles about Brazil and in 1985 authored a Bantam Book, "Farewell My South", which tells the story of the Southern Confederate migration to Brazil after the Civil War. As a correspondent in Brazil he covered most of the major events which occurred in Brazil from the 1958-1966 and beyond. He is the father of 7 children, 3 of which were born in Brazil and carry dual citizenship.

He is certified fluent in the Slovak and Czech languages. He spent six years abroad in various business, legal and governmental capacities, in the late 1990s he worked for the United States Department of State as a political officer and analyst at the United States Embassy in Prague. For his work there, he was awarded the prestigious Meritorious Honor Medal. Mr. Tichy also served as the ranking staff aide to Assistant Secretary of State and Ambassador John Shattuck, and was a Fascal Fellow for the Bureau of European and Eurasian Affairs in Washington, D.C

Niels was recognized by the State Department as Honorary Consul to Dnemark on April 7, 1993.  He is the founder and president of VCBO Architecture, and has guided the firm’s development as one of the major architectural firms in the Western United States over the last 36 years. He design projects for Universities, Sports and Arena facilities, Medical Facilities, Corporate Office Complexes, Civic and State Institutional Buildings, and significant religious buildings, both in the United States and abroad in Asia, Central America, and Europe. Niels civic activities also have included the Salt Lake Chamber of Commerce, serving on the Board of Governors and on the Executive Committee, as the Chairman of the Salt Lake Area Small Business Council, and on the Board of Advisors for the University of Utah School of Architecture and Planning. Niels’ humanitarian activities includes his work as a co-founder and Director of the Choice Humanitarian Foundation with village development work in third world countries in South and Central America, Africa, and Asia.

He is the founder and Managing Principal of Astoria Capital Management, a Salt Lake City-headquartered, asset-management firm with offices in Shenzhen (China), Tallinn (Estonia), and Newport Beach (California). Prior to founding Astoria Capital, Mr. Bingham was a vice president at Merrill Lynch (NYSE; MER), where he specialized in the development of private banking services for entrepreneurs and middle-market-growth companies. Andy Bingham is actively involved in several philanthropic and service organizations, including the Boy Scouts of America and The Road Home homeless shelter. As a young man, Andy spent several years in Finland - which is when he learned to speak Finnish - and has maintained close ties with the many friends and business acquaintances he has made since then. He is married to the former Pilvi Fristrom; together they have four sons and reside in Utah.

Willard Marriott Library Advisory Board, university of Utah since 2009. He has written four books, thirteen chapter in books and over seventy articles on historical and legal subjects. His most recent book, On the Way to Somewhere Else: European Sojourners in the Mormon West, 1834-1930  was published by The Arthur H. Clark Company in 2006 and republished by the University of Utah Press in 2010.

Baldomero was recognized by the State Department as an Honorary Consul to Spain in March 22, 2001.  He currently serves as Vice President for Global Engagement at Utah Valley University.  He has dedicated his professional career as a professor of language pedagogy and has presented his teaching philosophy and research in Europe, the Americas and Asia.  A native of Spain, Dr. Lago received his undergraduate and post graduate degrees in the US and returned to his home country to complete his doctoral degree in instructional technology. He is the chief editor of the Journal of Learning Styles, a member of the Board of Trustees at the Extremadura Business School in Spain and participates actively in many scientific committees of international organizations.  He enjoys travelling and spending time with his family.

Daniel was recognized by the State Department as an Honorary Consul to Switzerland on December 24, 2008.  He is a Utah attorney and active member of the Utah State Bar Association, practicing law since 1988 and is a businessman.  He received his Juris Doctorate and MBA from Brigham Young University (Provo, Utah) in 1986 and did his undergraduate work at the University of Zurich in Switzerland.
He co-founded and served as CEO of MultiLing International (later renamed MultiLing Corporation), a language technology and services company, headquartered in Provo, Utah.  Additionally he served as president and board member of the Foundation for Ancient Research and Mormon Studies (FARMS) while simultaneously acting as first executive director of Brigham Young University’s Institute for the Study and Preservation of Ancient Religious Texts (later renamed Neal A. Maxwell Institute for Religious Scholarship).
