Paul graduated from University of Utah with a degree in Business Law and is Chairman of Campbell Companies. He has also served on the board of directors and as National Chairman of Associated Equipment Distributors, a construction dealer trade association covering the United States and Canada with over 1,200 member companies.
Paul served as President of Utah AED, on the Utah Board of Directors and executive committees for Associated General Contractors and board of directors for Energy Equipment and Infrastructure Alliance (EEIA) . Paul currently serves on the Boards of Directors for busy.com (labor management app and software), Modernis, SITECH Intermountain (drone, 3D imaging, and equipment management for construction and development), Solutions Financial Services, Pole Creek LLC (real estate development) and other ventures and foundations
