Republic of Korea

Robert was recognized by the State Department as an Honorary Consul to Korea on August 9, 2011. He is a partner in the Salt Lake City law firm of Mitchell, Barlow & Mansfield, P.C. He received his JD from the S. J. Quinney College of Law at the University of Utah. He has also served as past chair of the University of Utah President’s Club Committee and has served on the boards of the Museum of Utah Art and History, Kingsbury Hall and the S.J. Quinney College of Law Alumni Committee.  Robert also served in the United States Army from 1981–1984.
